Students from Y9-12 went on a 4-day residential trip to Dahab this month.
Their visit began with a beautiful Bedouin night before being up early the next day for the challenge of mountain climbing at Wadi El Weshwash. After the evening meal they explored downtown Dahab. The third day was filled with activities including beach buggies, snorkelling and games, before returning to Cairo on the final day.
Residentials are excellent opportunities for students to gain new skills and experiences such physical activities, social skills, independence and stress release.
As part of Book Week students were invited to come to school dressed as their favourite characters. In the morning-line we welcomed super heroes, princesses, baddies, animals, Disney characters and more.

Students over in FS2C have also been enjoying Science Fair too. They have been learning all about measuring liquids and liquid capacity, which combines both Science and Maths as cross-curricula learning.
It’s also a lot of fun using water in the classroom!
