Wellness sessions cover a host of topics which revolving around students being empowered to take good care of themselves and the changes their bodies will go through as they grow up.

Multiple age-related sessions are hosted by the school doctor in the theatre, explaining the benefits of a good personal daily hygiene routine plus what to expect and why as our older students approach puberty.

Instilling good hygiene practices from an early age creates positive self-care habits and helps prevent early and future health issues. It is important to clean our teeth twice a day to prevent tooth decay, wash ourselves correctly to have healthy skin and prevent the spread of illnesses.

Discussing such topics a puberty at school with a medical professional is highly beneficial to allow our students an open forum to ask questions, receive vital information & advice and also to know we are here to counsel and support them at an often-confusing time.
